1.Controller

2.Hosting

This site is hosted by Vercel Inc. (USA). When you visit, your browser transmits data (including your IP address) to Vercel's servers, which may process it in the United States. Transfers are governed by the EU Standard Contractual Clauses and Vercel's Data Processing Addendum. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in providing a secure, reliable website).

3.Server log files

Vercel automatically collects standard log data: IP address, date and time of request, page requested, referrer URL, browser and operating system. This is used only to deliver the site and maintain security and stability. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

4.Fonts

Fonts (Geist, Geist Mono) are self-hosted on this site's servers. No font data is requested from Google or any third party, and no personal data is transferred to font providers.

5.Contacting us (email / custom-scope request)

If you email us or use the custom diligence request feature (which opens an email in your own mail client), we process the data you send (name, email address, message content) solely to respond to and process your request. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps prior to a contract) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. We retain correspondence as long as needed to handle your request and to meet legal retention obligations.

6.Payments (Stripe)

Purchases are processed by Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. and affiliates (Stripe), acting as an independent processor. When you proceed to checkout you are taken to Stripe; Stripe collects and processes the payment and billing data you enter under its own privacy policy (stripe.com/privacy). We receive confirmation of payment and limited order details to deliver your report. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of contract). Stripe may transfer data to the USA under appropriate safeguards.

7.Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20), and to object (Art. 21) to processing based on legitimate interests. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it at any time. To exercise any right, email Fabi@lucid-ai.app. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority; the competent authority is the Bayerisches Landesamt für Datenschutzaufsicht (BayLDA), Ansbach.

8.No tracking / analytics

This website does not use analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies, and sets no non-essential cookies. If this changes, this policy will be updated and consent obtained where required.

9.Changes

We may update this policy to reflect changes in the site or the law. The current version always applies.
